This privacy policy applies to the Pinkbrain application for mobile devices, created by Jonatan Robin (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
To provide the core experience of an infinite canvas, the Application collects only the minimum data necessary:
User Content: Any links, text, or digital fragments you explicitly save to your canvas.
Account Information: If you create an account, we store your email address to sync your data across devices.
The Application does not use third-party tracking, advertising identifiers, or analytics that profile your personal behavior.
This Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Since privacy is a core pillar of Pinkbrain, your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only processed through secure infrastructure providers required to host and sync the service.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. To use the Application in compliance with GDPR, you must be at least 16 years of age (or have parental consent where applicable).
We prioritize the confidentiality of your information and implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data you provide through the Application.

By downloading or using Pinkbrain, these terms automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using the Application.
You retain full ownership of the content you save or create within Pinkbrain. However, you grant the Service Provider the necessary license to store and display that content to you. You may not copy, modify the Application, or attempt to extract the source code.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time. Any future charges will be clearly communicated. An active internet connection is required for most features (syncing, fetching links), and you are responsible for any data charges incurred with your mobile provider.
While we strive for 24/7 availability and accuracy, Pinkbrain relies on third-party data (such as web previews). The Service Provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss resulting from your reliance on the Application's functionality.
We may stop providing the service at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use the app will end, and you must cease usage and delete the app if required.
