This privacy policy applies to the Findlist application for mobile devices, created by Jonatan Robin (the "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Findlist lets you share content from other apps (social posts, screenshots, links, flyers) into Findlist. The Application processes what you share to generate structured cards, such as resolving a shared post about a movie into a card with cast, ratings, and streaming availability. This processing happens automatically on our servers after you share content.
When you share content, it is sent to our infrastructure, including Supabase and Cloudflare R2, and where needed to enrich a card, to OpenRouter/Gemini and relevant catalog metadata providers such as TMDB, IGDB, Steam, Google Books, Apple Music, JustWatch, and similar services.
These providers receive only what is necessary to perform their function and do not receive your account email or identity beyond what is required. We do not use your shared content to train AI models beyond what is necessary to generate your card, and we do not sell it.
Findlist offers optional Premium subscriptions purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes payment and billing information; Findlist does not receive your full payment card details.
We use RevenueCat as our purchase infrastructure provider. We and RevenueCat may receive your app user ID, product purchased, subscription status, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, renewal status, and restore-purchase information solely to provide and manage Premium features.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account subscription settings. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time through those settings.
Your library is private by default. If you choose to share a card or content with another user, that content may become visible to the recipient as part of that sharing action.
Findlist does not collect precise real-time location from your device. Where a card involves a place, we may use location information contained in what you shared, such as an address or general area, to fetch relevant details. We do not use your device's live location for this purpose.
We retain your content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual cards within the app, which removes them from our servers.
You can request deletion of your account from within the app under Settings → Delete Account. Requesting deletion immediately deactivates your account and removes your access. We will complete deletion of your account and associated data within 30 days of receiving the request, subject to data that must be retained by law or that remains in secure backup systems until its normal expiration.
Deleting your Findlist account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed through Apple. Please cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings to prevent future charges.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We share data only with providers needed to operate and improve the service:
Findlist does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 in the United States or under the applicable age of consent in your country. If you are in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, to use Findlist in compliance with GDPR.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these directly in the app or by contacting us below.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data you provide. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or via email before they take effect.

By downloading or using Findlist, these terms automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using the Application.
Findlist lets you share content into the app, which is automatically processed into structured cards containing relevant information and links. The service is provided by Jonatan Robin (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service, provided "AS IS".
You retain full ownership of the content you share into or create within Findlist. By sharing content, you grant the Service Provider a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you, and to fetch and display related public information to enrich your cards. You may not copy, modify the Application, or attempt to extract its source code.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content you bring into Findlist. Findlist does not claim ownership over, and does not republish or redistribute, the original content you share with anyone else.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You can request deletion of your account from within the app. Your account is immediately deactivated, and we will complete deletion of your associated data within the timeframe described in our Privacy Policy.
Findlist offers optional Premium subscriptions, available as monthly or annual auto-renewing plans, purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The price, duration, and renewal terms of each plan are displayed before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting your Findlist account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Apple. Cancel your subscription separately in your Apple Account settings to avoid future charges.
Premium entitlement information may be processed by RevenueCat on our behalf to validate purchases, restore subscriptions, and provide Premium features.
Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for App Store purchases. Findlist cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf, and refund requests must be submitted through Apple.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time. Any future charges will be clearly communicated before they apply. An active internet connection is required for most features, and you are responsible for any data charges incurred with your mobile provider.
You agree not to use Findlist to share or store content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or that you do not have permission to use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Findlist relies on third-party data, previews, and public information to enrich your cards. We strive for accuracy and availability, but we do not guarantee that such data is always accurate, complete, or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider's liability for any loss arising from your use of the Application or reliance on third-party data is limited to what is required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
We may stop providing the service at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use the app will end, and you must cease usage and delete the app if required.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
